Fire damaged one unit of a garden-style apartment building in Canoga Park Saturday.
The fire was reported at 8:45 p.m. Saturday at 7233 N. Loma Verde Ave., north of Sherman Way, said the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Jamie Stewart.
The apartment building had two residential stories over subterranean parking, Stewart said.
Firefighters put out the flames in 22 minutes, calling knockdown at 9:07 p.m., he said.
No injuries were reported.
