Sheriff’s missing persons investigators asked the public to be on the lookout Thursday for a 65-year-old woman with memory loss who was last seen in Compton
Ruth Ann Dorsey is considered at risk because of her mental state. She was last seen walking away from the 500 block of West Palm Street around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Dorsey is white, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 100 pounds and has black hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a gray jacket, gray pants and black sandals when last seen.
Anyone with information regarding the woman’s whereabouts was urged to call the Missing Persons Detail of the Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500.
