An at-risk 17-year-old girl who had been last seen in Panorama City, prompting an Endangered Missing Advisory, has been located, authorities announced Thursday.
Azeneth Escobar had been last seen near Rayen Street and Tobias Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
She has since been located, but details about when or where she was found were not provided.
The CHP issues an Endangered Missing Advisory to help locate children and other at-risk people who have been abducted or are unable to care for themselves and whose safety is believed to be in danger.
