In the four days since horror author Stephen King suggested that Donald Trump is “actually Cthulhu,” a dragon-man-octopus devised by H.P. Lovecraft, the monster has struck back.

Cthulhu (pronounced Khlûl′-hloo), or at least the individual with a Twitter account in the monster’s name, then sought votes as “the only candidate not trying to hide their evil.”
Trump is just the “lesser evil for lesser men,” said the 1928 monster’s Twitter feed.
Cthulhu is getting monster support.
