“Dead Men Tell No Tales,” the upcoming Johnny Depp film is titled. But Twitter is alive with tales of espying Jack Sparrow himself at Disneyland.

As People noted, “Perfectly slipping back into swashbuckling character, the 53-year-old actor rambled and pointed his sword at the guests [at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride], who made sure to capture the shocking encounter on their phones.”
“This isn’t the first time the actor has donned his captain’s hat off-screen. Previously, Depp assumed his alter ego while visiting the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, Australia, while filming the latest movie.”
E! Online quoted one witness Wednesday: “Everyone was surprised, shocked and excited to see him. He acted exactly like his character in the movies.”
