“One nation Underwood” is the final phrase heard in the trailer for Season 5 of “House of Cards” after a recitation of presidential election years.

They go far into the 2030s and suggest some kind of dicatatorial dynasty in the works.
“The American people don’t know what’s best for them. I do,” Kevin Spacey as President Frank Underwood says in the Netflix promo, which is no surprise.
“Frank Underwood, a crafty politician who over the show’s four seasons has risen to the presidency using any means necessary, has typically had his wife, Claire (Robin Wright), as his partner in crime,” says a Yahoo story. “But Netflix teases that we’ll see more cracks in the relationship between Frank and his headstrong wife on season five.”
Michael Ausiello of TVLine.com adds: “We get a fleeting glimpse of POTUS in what appears to be the throes of a hookup with an unidentified male companion. House of Cards has, of course, previously explored Frank’s bisexuality, most notably with his late bodyguard Edward Meechum.”
Debuting May 30, “House of Cards” also has competition with a president whose reality show has proved more riveting.
