It’s a deal she can refuse. Stormy Daniels is getting multiple offers of $1 million to break her silence (and contract) on her long-term tryst with Donald Trump.

Meanwhile, reports emerged that the former porn star seeks to pay back the $130,000 in supposed hush money so she can speak freely about any past relationship with the president and release any text messages, photos and videos she might have.

The Hill reported: “Daniels’s lawyer said on Saturday that at least 10 people have offered to cover the $1 million penalty she would be subject to for breaking her nondisclosure agreement regarding her alleged affair with President Trump.”

Los Angeles-based lawyer Michael Avenatti told CNN’s Michael Smerconish that no California court would enforce the $1 million penalty for “every episode that she goes out and speaks in violation of the confidentiality.”

Avenatti said “at least 10 individuals in the last three days alone” have offered to pay the $1M fine. (But he said Daniels — Stephanie Clifford — is not considering any of the offers at the moment.
