A person was killed Monday in a traffic crash on the northbound Antelope Valley (14) Freeway in the Acton area south of Palmdale.
The crash was reported near Santiago Road about 8 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Information was not immediately available on the identity of the fatally injured person.
One northbound lane was blocked while an investigation was conducted.
