A pedestrian was hit by an SUV and killed Monday at an intersection in Littlerock.
The crash was reported just before 5 a.m. at 90th Street East and East Palmdale Boulevard, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Peter Nicholson.
Authorities withheld the name of the fatally injured man, pending notification of his relatives.
The motorist remained at the scene, and the investigation was continuing, Nicholson said.
