At least one person was killed Wednesday in a multi-vehicle crash on the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway near the City of Industry.
Officers from the California Highway Patrol were called at 2:57 a.m. to the northbound freeway and Peck Road where they found multiple vehicles blocking the 605’s middle lanes, CHP Officer Moises Marroquin told City News Service.
The victim was pronounced dead the scene.
The crash closed multiple lanes of the northbound freeway for several hours with the CHP investigated the origins of the crash.
