Republican presidential candidate John Kasich will be in Orange County Thursday to be honored at a private dinner in Laguna Beach.
The Lincoln Club of Orange County, a business and political organization formed in 1962 and known to support conservative causes, said the Ohio governor will be the guest of honor at the home of a couple named Eden & John Saunders on Mt Diablo in Laguna Hills starting at 6 p.m.
There were no immediate disclosures about any fund-raising plans in connection with the dinner.
