Huntington Beach police put out a call Wednesday for witnesses to a Feb. 15 two-vehicle collision that killed an 18-year-old Newport Beach woman and resulted in a DUI arrest.
Teagan Rylee Wehrmann was fatally injured in the 3:30 a.m. crash at Springdale Street and Edinger Avenue. An 18-year-old Costa Mesa man who was also in the vehicle was injured, according to police.
A 26-year-old Huntington Beach man, who was behind the wheel of one of the cars, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said. His name was not immediately released.
