A motorcyclist was killed after crashing into the right shoulder wall on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Seal Beach Sunday, falling into freeway lanes and being run over by at least one vehicle, authorities said.
The crash was reported at 4:07 a.m. on the northbound San Diego Freeway just southmof the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Witnesses told the CHP the motorcycle struck the right shoulder wall and that it was possible two vehicles hit the ejected motorcyclist.
A SigAlert was issued at 4:27 a.m. for all northbound lanes of the 405 with all traffic diverted off at the Seventh Street off-ramp.
