An autopsy was pending Monday to determine whether a medical emergency caused a crash that killed a San Clemente motorcyclist.
He was identified as 73-year-old Bruce Fickling, according to Supervising Deputy Orange County Coroner Larry Esslinger.
The accident was reported a little after 9:50 a.m. Sunday on Ortega (74) Highway in San Juan Capistrano, according to the California Highway Patrol.
No other vehicles were involved.
