A 59-year-old man was charged Thursday with multiple sexual assaults on two teenage girls he is related to in Irvine.
Richard Michael Lemacks was charged with seven counts of lewd acts on a child 14 or 15, two counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor younger than 14, four counts of forcible oral copulation on a child younger than 14, and two counts of sexual penetration of a child older than 14 by foreign object and by force, all felonies. The dates of the alleged offenses were in January and June.
Lemacks did not enter a plea at his arraignment in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana on Thursday. His arraignment was rescheduled for July 24 in the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.
