The second of two men killed in a drive-by shooting in the Hyde Park area was identified by the county medical examiner’s office Thursday.
Jerome Cunningham, 60, died at a hospital after the shooting at 7:45 p.m. Friday at 59th Street and Crenshaw Boulevard. His city of residence was not provided.
Also killed was 49-year-old Clayton Manning of Tustin, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office.
A third man, said to be 54 years old, was wounded in the shooting and was hospitalized with stable vital signs, according to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman.
Two or three male suspects approached the men in a vehicle and fired the shots, then fled the scene, the LAPD spokesman said.
No arrests have been announced.
