Tickets are available Saturday for the Riverside Community Services Foundation’s inaugural gala, themed “Through the Looking Glass and Beyond” to raise money for at-risk youth, seniors and families.
The event will be held April 18 at the home of former Riverside City Council member, Chris MacArthur, at 1931 Adam St. It’s scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., with tickets priced at $100 per person or $150 for couples.
The event will feature a live auction, dinner and networking opportunities with “key community members and stakeholders” who support numerous citywide programs, such as the Riverside Parks Recreation Community Services Department and the Riverside Community Services Foundation, according to an official city statement.
“We are actively seeking partnerships with organizations and individuals who share our vision of creating a vibrant and thriving Riverside,” said Brando Crozier, vice president of the Riverside Community Services Foundation.
The gala will offer a sponsorship opportunity starting at $1,000 for anyone who partners with the foundation’s goal of providing necessities to families in need.
“Your support and attendance at this event will play a crucial role in enabling us to continue our efforts in serving 70% of the Riverside population, particularly our undeserved communities,” said Deborah Macias, president of the Riverside Community Services Foundation.
