Castle Park’s annual Duke’s Merry Village returns to Riverside this weekend, the park’s officials announced.
The park will be celebrating the holiday season every Saturday and Sunday through Dec. 22. This year’s event includes seasonal decorations, holiday treats and the crowd-favorite holiday snow show.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy newly added activities such as Duke’s Holiday Dance Party, Dinner with Santa and rides on Duke’s Holiday Express.
On Dec. 28-29 and Dec. 31, Castle Park will host its Noon Year’s Eve celebration, which will include a countdown on Dec. 31.
The park will also be celebrating Three Kings Day on Jan. 4 and Jan. 5 with a nightly procession through the park featuring a nativity scene.
“Castle Park is transforming into a wintery wonderland celebrating the holidays with so many special events and festive experiences this season,” Castle Park general manager Ken Withers said.
“From dance parties to story time with Santa, and to the biggest snow show we’ve ever hosted in Riverside, we hope everyone joins us at Castle Park this holiday season,” Withers added.
Castle Park is currently offering up to 30% off annual passes during the park’s Black Friday sale.
