The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County rose one-tenth of a cent Monday to $4.66, a day after dropping three-tenths of a cent.
The average price is four-tenths of a cent more than one week ago and 30 cents more than one month ago, but eight-tenths of a cent less than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It has dropped $1.713 since rising to a record $6.373 on Oct. 5, 2022.
The national average price dropped one-tenth of a cent to $3.144, a day after dropping six-tenths of a cent. It is 1.7 cents less than one week ago, 1.1 cents more than one month ago, and 12 cents less than one year ago.
The national average price has dropped $1.872 since rising to a record $5.016 on June 14, 2022.
