The Los Angeles Rams will practice at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Saturday, the first time an entire NFL team has been at the stadium since 1994.

Admission for Family Day is free, but fans must register for a ticket at ticketmaster.com/Los-Angeles-Rams-tickets/artist/806024.

The practice will begin at 3 p.m., with gates opening at 1 p.m. Parking will be available starting at 10 a.m. in lots around the Coliseum for $20.

Due to limited parking, fans are encouraged to take Metro Rail or Metro buses to the Coliseum.

A kids’ zone with Rams inflatables and other activities will be open.

The NFL’s clear bag policy will be in effect, with fans strongly encouraged to not bring any bags.

Bags that are permitted in stadium plaza areas, at stadium gates or when approaching lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium are clear plastic, vinyl or PVS and do not exceed 12-inches by six-inches by 12-inches or a one- gallon plastic freezer bag.

Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a shoulder strap, may be brought into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, seat cushions, computer bags, camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

More information on the policy is available at nfl.com/allclear.

The Rams will conduct what coach Jeff Fisher called “a normal practice session,” including special teams work. The practice will conclude with a 12- 16-play “younger-type player live scrimmage,” which will include tackling, something the team usually doesn’t do in practice, Fisher said.

“I want it to be a great experience for the fans, I want it to be a great experience for our staff and organization, but most importantly, a productive day for our players,” Fisher said.

The last time an NFL team was at the Coliseum was on Dec. 24, 1994, when the then-Los Angeles Raiders lost to the Kansas City Chiefs, 19-9, before a crowd announced at 67,642.

The Raiders returned to Oakland in 1995 after playing in Los Angeles for 13 seasons.

The Rams “really practiced well” Friday at UC Irvine following a day off, Fisher said.

“Sometimes things are a little sluggish, but I thought they really practiced well with the pads on and we had a good day,” Fisher said. “We got through a lot of different scenarios and situations.”

Fisher confirmed that quarterback Case Keenum will start next Saturday’s exhibition opener against the Dallas Cowboys at the Coliseum, while Jared Goff, the first player chosen in the NFL draft, would “probably play a half.”

Keenum started the final four games of last season, when the Rams were based in St. Louis, winning three.

Los Angeles Lakers coach Luke Walton observed practice.

“We made contact over a week or so ago and I was really impressed that he wanted to come down and see what we do,” Fisher said.

“We got to spend a lot of one-on-one time together today, which was very, very impressive from my standpoint, to have an opportunity to learn his world and he got an opportunity to learn our world.”

The Rams announced the signing of defensive back Jordan Kovacs, who played for the Miami Dolphins the past three seasons.
