Five adults and two children were extricated after sustaining moderate injuries in a two-vehicle collision Thursday in Lake Elsinore.
The crash was reported about 7:25 a.m. Thursday at 28000 Highway 74 and Riverside Street, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
All patients were taken to a local hospital, according to the department.
The cause of the collision was under investigation.
