Three masked suspects dressed in black gained entry via a balcony at an Encino home Sunday morning and took an undisclosed amount of items from the residence, authorities said.
Officers were dispatched at 1:06 a.m. Sunday to take down a burglary report at a residence in the 4500 block of Dempsey Avenue, south of Ventura Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The suspects fled the scene prior to arrival of police.
No further information was immediately available.
