The forecast for Friday calls for low clouds and fog in the morning then sunny. Highs are expected in the upper 60s to mid 70s.

In Coastal Orange County the forecast for Thursday calls for a cloudy morning, then becoming mostly sunny. Highs 74 to 79.

Thursday night it will be mostly clear, becoming cloudy. Patchy fog overnight. Lows 62 to 67.

Friday it will be cloudy in the morning, becoming mostly sunny. Highs 74 to 79.

The ultraviolet index level in the Los Angeles area for Thursday is a very high 10, according to the weather service. A very high exposure level reading of 10, or greater, means a fair skinned person could suffer a sunburn in about four minutes if not protected.
