The Southland will be sunny and warm on Thursday after low clouds and fog in the morning.

The National Weather Service office in Oxnard forecasts highs in the 70s to around 80 with southwest winds reaching 15 mph in the afternoon.

Thursday night will be mostly clear, with low clouds and fog developing later. Lows will be in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Coastal Orange County will be partly cloudy with highs 72 to 77 and light winds. Lows overnight are forecast to be 59 to 64.

The South Coast Air Quality Management District predicts air quality in the good to unhealthful range in the South Coast Air Basin on Thursday.
