The Southland can look forward to great beach weather on Sunday, with highs in the mid 70s along the coast and lower to mid 80s inland.
The National Weather Service forecast for central Los Angeles from Malibu to Long Beach calls for a sunny day after morning clouds and fog burn off. Southwest winds of around 15 mph will keep the beaches cool.
Lows overnight are expected to be in the lower to mid 60s with low clouds and fog forming later in the evening.
Coastal Orange County will be partly cloudy with highs 75 to 80 and light winds.
