A 44-year-old man diagnosed with an unspecified mental health disorder was reported missing after last being seen Monday in Lancaster.
Juan Manuel Arizon was last seen in the 300 block of East Avenue K-6 around 1:15 p.m. Monday, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Deputies described Arizon as a 5-foot-8-inch tall Hispanic man weighing 250 pounds with brown eyes and a bald head. He also has a mustache and was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeve Adidas sweater and dark-colored jeans.
