Sheriff’s deputies Monday asked the public for help locating a 68-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and cardiovascular problems who went missing from San Dimas.
Thomas Percy was last seen at 9 a.m. Sunday on the 600 block of West Bonita Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Percy is Black, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 180 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes, wearing a white shirt and gray sweatpants.
Anyone who has seen Percy or knows his whereabouts was asked to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
