A motorcycle crash on Highway 74 in Pinyon Pines left the rider with moderate injuries and prompted the temporary closure of the eastbound lane Friday.
The crash was reported shortly after 3:15 p.m. Friday in the 71000 block of Highway 74, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The agency said the rider went off the roadway for unknown reasons and crashed. No other vehicles were involved.
