At least eight people were injured in a six-vehicle pile-up on the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway in Inglewood on Wednesday.
The crash near the Manchester Boulevard off-ramp occurred about 5:30 p.m., according to the CHP. A SigAlert was issued at 5:37 p.m., closing the northbound number one, two and carpool lanes for one hour and the carpool lane on the southbound side of the freeway for one hour, Kimball said.
“The 405 looks real ugly now,” said California Highway Patrol Officer Patrick Kimball.
