Authorities Thursday identified a woman who was killed in a fiery single-vehicle crash in Riverside.
The accident occurred on Spruce Street, between the Riverside (91) Freeway and La Cadena Avenue, at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Riverside Police Department.
Vivian Oliveros, 28, of Riverside died at the scene, according to the Riverside County coroner’s office.
A preliminary investigation determined the vehicle was westbound on Spruce Street when it crashed into a culvert, overturned and caught fire, police said. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
