A Los Angeles Police Department SUV and a civilian vehicle were struck during a pursuit in South Los Angeles Thursday evening by a truck that had been reported stolen.
The accident occurred near the intersection of Florence Avenue and Main Street about 9:50 p.m., according to LAPD Officer Tony Im. It was unclear what time and where the pursuit began.
No injuries were immediately reported and the suspect vehicle, described as a blue 2004 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab with two men inside, fled the scene, Im said.
