A 37-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition Saturday in a drive-by shooting in the Cypress Park community of Los Angeles.
The shooting occurred at 8:47 a.m. at Avenue 27 and Poplar Street, according to Officer William Cooper of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.
A motive for the shooting was not known, Cooper said.
