A man and a woman were shot and killed Friday in Lancaster and the shooter remains at large, authorities said.
The shooting was reported around 1:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of W. Avenue J, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The victims’ names will be withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Both victims died at the scene, the LASD reported.
No suspect information was immediately available.
