It took 32 firefighters 48 minutes Monday morning to put out flames in a previously burned Koreatown fourplex.
The fire was reported at 4:52 a.m. at 3819 W. Eighth St., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Nicholas Prange.
Flames were showing through the roof of the building and firefighters first worked in defensive mode, raining water on the building from outside and protecting surrounding structures, Prange said.
They entered the building to finish putting out hot spots, he said.
No injuries were reported, Prange said. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
