Monterey Park police asked the public for help locating a 13-year-old girl who went missing early Sunday morning.
Lyrik Omar Amparano was last seen at about 2:20 a.m. when she left her temporary residence in Monterey Park, according to police.
Amparano was wearing a black sweatshirt and REI sweatpants, police said.
