A woman’s body was found Wednesday in the Lancaster area, and an investigation was underway.
The body was discovered at about 8:25 a.m. in the 41400 block of 38th Street West, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Information was not immediately available on the woman’s identity or cause of death.
