A man fell from a platform on Metro’s Expo Line downtown and lost consciousness Saturday, authorities said.
The fall was reported at 1:42 p.m. Saturday at 235 S. Hope St., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Lyndsey Lantz.
“First responders ensured tracks were de-energized, lifted the patient from the tracks, and treated him on scene,” Lantz said. “Patient (is) now alert and oriented.”
Metro’s Rail Operations Control reported that the man fell from the platform, but no further information was immediately available.
