Authorities seized several illegal firearms during a raid Wednesday at a mobile home park in Indio.
The Desert Regional SWAT team and Coachella Valley Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant around 5 a.m. at Arabian Gardens Mobile Home Park in the 46000 block of Calhoun Street, according to Indio Police Sgt. Abe Plata.
Authorities recovered several illegal firearms as part of ” continued efforts to enhance public safety and reduce the presence of illegal weapons in our community,” Plata said.
No further information was immediately available.
