A missing 70-year-old man with an unspecified mental health disorder has been located after last being seen in Lynwood.
Charles Harvey had last been seen around 8 p.m. Oct. 16 in the 3500 block of East Imperial Highway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Details about where and when Harvey was located were not released.
