Police Thursday are continuing their investigation of what police are calling a murder-suicide at the home of a prominent Santa Monica nonprofit director at his home in Venice.
Jeremy Ferguson,50 and his wife Mandy Zelinka, 49, were found dead by Los Angeles Police Department officers on Tuesday, an LAPD officer told City News Service.
Police were called at 10:50 a.m. to 605 Superba Avenue near Venice Boulevard where they found the couple. Their deaths are being investigated as a murder-suicide, police said.
According to news reports, Ferguson left a suicide note that included directions on how to access the couple’s property.
Ferguson was the director of operations at Downtown Santa Monica Inc., the nonprofit managing the city’s downtown business improvement district and Third Street Promenade.

Can you somehow find out the connection between LaSalle Luckey, Rommell Bates, and all those religious extremists who run Hart Management (Michael Childress, Erica Delery, Bruce Johnson, Leibel Popack, formally SRHT) and the SRO across from the Produce Hotel (headquarters for Hart Management). It supposedly is their competitor; however the former manager of the Hart Hotel (Kevin Litton/June 2025-after he was supposedly fired for renting bathroom space (at the Hart Hotel) to the homeless in the Needle Exchange on the lower level. That was true and witnessed by Brittany Smith (LACAN) and became the manager of the Rivers (10/2025-one of the many non-profiteering pops run by this cult (Chrysalis, LACAN, INNER LAW (next door [conveniently] to Hart Management) after stealing the tenants mail and inadvertently overhearing how they were stealing the Measure A funds last June. I know how they are stealing millions now!!! I am in great danger!!!
All these non-profiteers that have been transformed into disgusting/discriminating pain and suffering factories (intentionally filled with their own cult members!) perpetrated against other people (USA Citizens/Subhumans-who don’t believe) they believe are unworthy because some religions (Islam, Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, etc.). Cults like Scientology and other dubious ponzi-scheme belief systems are full of human rights violations justified by “believing themselves superior non-believers” so that they can discriminate against those who fall short of accepting their particular obscene assumptions (unproven beliefs). For example, when those criminal murders come to speak to the tenants…they bring armed guards with them.
BOTTOM LINE: I don’t believe in unproven stupidness and will not for any reason. I do not deserve to be shunned or judged or abused for not believing in stupidness. PERIOD!
