A man was killed and two other people were critically injured during a two-vehicle, hit-and-run crash Sunday morning in Playa Del Rey, authorities said.
The critically injured, a woman who was approximately 30 years old and an approximately 1-year-old child, were rushed to a hospital, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 4:34 a.m. to 6800 S. Vista Del Mar, where the man, who was approximately 30 years old, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second vehicle involved in the crash fled the scene.
There was no other immediate information available.
