Firefighters Monday are battling a blaze at a two-story church in the Broadway-Manchester community of South Los Angeles, authorities said.
Firefighters were dispatched at 5:10 a.m. to the 10800 block of South Broadway Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Fire was reported coming from the second floor of the two-story structure and firefighters have taken up a defensive mode in battling the blaze.
No injuries have been reported and there was no other immediate information.
