An Endangered Missing Advisory was issued Tuesday for an at-risk 27-year-old woman last seen in Granada Hills.
Cassandra Libang was last seen at approximately 10:30 p.m. Monday near Rinaldi Street and Midwood Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Libang was described as a 5-foot-3-inch-tall woman who weighs 115 pounds with black hair and brown hair.
Authorities believe Libang to be traveling in a 2024 silver Honda Accord with California license plate 9LAN694.
Anyone with information about Libang’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The CHP issues an Endangered Missing Advisory to help locate children and other at-risk people who have been abducted or are unable to care for themselves and whose safety is believed to be in danger.
