The casting director for the TV series based on “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House” should have a field day.
It’s far from being known who will play Donald Trump, Steve Bannon and even author Michael Wolff.
But The Hollywood Reporter says (with Variety confirming) that Endeavor Content now had film and TV rights to the No. 1 best-selling book. (Wolff is a THR columnist and frequent interview subject.)
“The massive deal is said to be in the seven-figure range,” said THR. “Endeavor Content plans to adapt the book as a TV series. A network is not yet attached, as Endeavor will now begin shopping the project.”
Variety added: “No studio is currently attached to the project. Wolff will serve as an executive producer on the project with former BBC executive Michael Jackson also producing.”

“Fire and Fury” will now be a TV series (per @THR). I only wish Philip Seymour Hoffman were alive to play Steve Bannon.

Each week of Fire and Fury the TV series should be done in a different style.
Week one, telenovela. All in Spanish. With subtitles.
Week two, special episode of Rick and Morty
Week three, puppets. Bert guest stars as Stephen Miller.
Week four, in the original Russian.— Mark Sumner (@Devilstower) January 17, 2018
