The Los Angeles Lakers will open preseason play Oct. 4 at Honda Center against the Sacramento Kings in Luke Walton’s first game as their coach and conclude preseason play there Oct. 21 against the Phoenix Suns, the NBA team announced.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. May 16 online at ticketmaster.com or by phone at (800) 4-NBA-TIX. They are priced at $27, $44, $79 and $129.

The Lakers have been scheduled to play at least one preseason game at Honda Center every year since 1999.
The Lakers will also play preseason games at Staples Center Oct. 7 against the Denver Nuggets and Oct. 11 against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Tickets for the games at Staples Center will go on sale on a later date.
The Lakers’ eight-game preseason schedule also includes games at Las Vegas’ new T-Mobile Arena Oct. 13 against Sacramento and Oct. 15 against the Golden State Warriors.
The Lakers will also play preseason games Oct. 9 in Ontario against Denver and Oct. 19 in San Diego against the Warriors.
