A single-story home caught fire in Indio Wednesday, but no injuries were reported.
The blaze was reported at 2:54 p.m. in the 8000 block of Panorama Street, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Responding firefighters encountered smoke coming from the attic of the home.
Crews were able to contain the fire in about 30 minutes, but were expected to remain on scene for the next several hours.
