Three people suffered moderate to serious injuries in a two-vehicle crash early Saturday morning in Dana Point, authorities said.
Firefighters and paramedics dispatched around midnight to Pacific Coast Highway near Beach Road reported one vehicle on fire and the other on its side, the Orange County Fire Authority reported.
Deputies pulled out the sole occupant inside the fiery vehicle. Firefighters extricated two people — a man and a woman in their 30s — from the vehicle on its side.
Paramedics took the three victims to Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo. No further information was immediately available.
