Firefighters knocked down a non-injury fire Tuesday inside an apartment building in Glassell Park, a Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman said.

The blaze inside a second floor unit of a two-story building at 3408 Chapman St., south of Forest Lawn Cemetery, was reported at 10:35 a.m., said fire department spokeswoman Katherine Main.

The department dispatched 32 firefighters to the scene and extinguished the flames in about 15 minutes, Main said.

No injuries were reported.
