Deputies are looking for a man who faked a gun to rob a Boot Barn in San Dimas, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The robbery was reported at 1:21 p.m. at 659 W. Arroyo Highway, said Sgt. Lyndon Dancel of the department’s San Dimas Station.
The suspect, only described as a male, entered the store and simulated a firearm to get the cashier to hand over an unknown amount of money, Dancel said.
The robber then left the store and got into a gray pickup truck with two people in it, which sped off to the west, the sergeant said.
