A toddler was pulled from a pool in Santa Clarita Wednesday and hospitalized, but is expected to recover, a fire department dispatcher said.
Firefighters responded about 12:40 p.m. to a home in the 25000 block of North Hardy Place and airlifted the child to a hospital, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The 15-month-old girl was pulled from the pool by a parent who immediately started CPR. The child was breathing and responsive when place aboard the chopper, a fire department dispatcher said.
